Sunday Movement is a weekly all-levels yoga practice based in Mysore Hatha style and a lineage of liberation movement. We move with intention, rest without apology, tend emotions, & leave carrying a little more connection.

Held for Black, Feminist, trans, & queer folks (and the ones who love us). All levels means you can come if you're new to the mat, a bit out of practice, or years committed.

$20 Reserve ahead for an easy morning, or pay at the door.
